Let me guess: You’re here because you fill your brows in every day, you’re kinda tired of doing it all everyday, and now you’re officially considering microblading, the semi-permanent form of brow tattooing. But if the idea of needles being pricked during the procedure of microblading scares you too much to try? And something about permanent makeup that feels so…permanent? Don’t Lose It!! The process hurt way less than you imagine or think of, and the results too are semi permanent, i.e., they don’t actually last forever—which is great news if you’re on the fence.
To Summarize: You basically don’t have to use brow products anymore.
Here’s all you need to know before getting your first brow tattoo done.
What Is Microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent procedure of enhancing the volume and shape of your eyebrows, and involves using a precise, blade-like instrument to make tiny incisions while depositing pigment into the skin. Microblading is a bit different from brow tattoos or “permanent makeup,” it doesn’t go as deep as them and forays more natural-looking, hair-like strokes.
How does microblading actually work?
Microblading, also called eyebrow tattoo or embroidery, uses a specifically designed needle-type tool, which bleeds pigment into the small scratches on the skin’s epidermis to create fine lines to make strokes of hair to create natural and realistic.
A technician draws and fills in your brows to determine your desired look prior to using the blades.
How much does microblading cost?
Prices for semi-permanent microblading may vary, although it’s usually upwards of Rs. 25,000/- for treatments.
The price factor very much depends on the area you live and the expertise and name of the person and salon or studio respectively providing the service. Microblading prices typically range from Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-
This might seem like a huge amount to invest, but think of all the money you’d be saving on all the products you buy for your brows to enhance them and all the time you’ll save literally not having to touch your brows when you’re getting ready. Can you really put a price on an extra ten minutes of leisure in today’s fast moving life?
Does microblading hurt?
Not to lie, the microblading procedure is not totally pain-free. But it’s also not unbearable.
It’s pretty much how you’d imagine the thread running on your brows or slight needle pinching – a bit scratchy. It’s over pretty quickly and once you see your fancy new brows, just the way you wanted them, you’ll forget about all the pain.
There can be a little irritation and discomfort during the healing process, but then it’s all worth in the name of fleeky brows.
Be sure of asking your lash technician about the numbing gels or creams since some microblading techniques involve the application of numbing gels or creams, while other techniques forgo it completely.
How Long Does It Last?
Microblading creates long lasting results, which may last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, with a timely touch-up, advised between 4 to 8 weeks after your first sitting of the main treatment’s procedure to fine-tune the results and redeposit color.
Who is Microblading Best for?
Microblading can make light and scarce brows look fuller, and darker, and define them giving a better overall shape. Microblading is just the answer if your brows are suffering from long term over-tweezing or you just want to wake up with those perfect-looking brows every morning and be eveready without much ado.

Right Shape and Color For Your Brows?
The right shape and the color for your microbladed brows totally depend on the mapping of the face and natural hair color on whom the procedure is to be performed. It is recommended to leave it all on the technician as they’d really pull out a great look best suited for your face with their great aesthetic skills.
